Successful events call for efficient planning and coordination.  As the country’s leading wedding event planner, Tropical Occasions has an unrivalled experience level in dealing with event locations and the myriad of vendors often required at such an important social event.  In fact, our foray into corporate events was inspired by several of the resorts that we work with seeking our help in guiding and assisting corporations in planning their events.  In the majority of cases, an independent event planner can draw on outside resources unavailable or unknown to the resort, thereby ensuring that corporations can be freer to request services that they truly require, rather than simply accept those on offer.

Several of the Tropical Occasions staff members come originally from corporate event planning backgrounds, with experience in the US, Canada and Costa Rica.
