Any wedding, whether it be at your local church or town hall or 5,000 miles away on a tropical beach, will be a successful event if it is planned well in advance and the details coordinated with care and attention to detail.  At Tropical Occasions we know that we can make your event a success, but we also want to make it beautiful.

We believe that a wedding planner needs to be first and foremost a wedding designer.  Every client has an idea or a vision of what they want to see on their wedding day – will it be something traditional? tropical? avant garde? formal or informal?  We pride ourselves in our ability to get to know our clients, through questionnaires, e-mails, and telephone conversations so that we can translate those ideas and visions into beautiful events.

Our coordinators keep themselves abreast of new design ideas and innovations through attendance at seminars and workshops and by closely following the work of the best designers in our industry.  We have also made it our focus as a company to seek design solutions that use natural resources and keep costs reasonable.
